ANTICIPATED START DATE: Immediately Upon Hire

DETAILS: 12-month support staff position with district-recognized holidays and paid sick and personal leave. This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position, with a district provided benefits package that includes employee health, dental, life and vision insurance.

LOCATION: Gotsch Intermediate School

COMPENSATION: According to the 2026-27 Support Staff Pay Schedule, placement within the range is based on like experience. The starting hourly rate for this position is $16.74.

JOB SUMMARY: To provide students with a safe, clean, efficient and comfortable place in which to learn, play and develop to their full potential.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Cleaning experience preferred
Requires the ability to perform essential functions of the position
Requires the ability to safely operate all custodial equipment
Requires the ability to be dependable and punctual
Requires the ability to read & interpret documents such as operating & maintenance instructions, procedures, safety rules, etc.
Requires willingness to complete job-related training
Requires the ability to work independently, use good judgment, and be able to follow written and oral instructions
Requires the ability to remain flexible & positive with the demands of the job without losing sight of the mission, task or assignment
Requires the ability to develop effective working relationships with students and the school community
Requires the ability to work with a multi-ethnic, multi-cultural population
